I had this issue after copying some sheets from "template" sheets/workbooks to some new "destination" workbook (the templates were provided by other users! Windows 7, Excel 2010 I have inserted data on a single worksheet that populates around 10 pivot tables, each on their own worksheet. One of the members of my team left and was replaced by a different person and so rows that contained that person's name needed to be updated.
I opened the sheet with the original data and replaced the name of the team member that left with the new team member.

Symantec's work-around for right now is to leave the date on the file as 12/31/2009 and increment the rev #. I presume it would as this is how I noticed that there is a problem?
The formula is: Everything else is updating in the spreadsheet. The value displayed is the value before I updated the information on Main Copy.

The usual answer to this question is to turn formulas to automatic. The second usual answer is that there is some macro that is affecting the Excel settings. Symantec apparently ran into a Y2K10 and any updates beyond 12/31/2009 are being interpreted by SEPM as old.I also tried to do the same thing by pulling the "Project Owner" field from the field list into the report filter window subsequently attempting filter in the pivot table.
